Does the architecture do what the thesis claims?

Partly, and the parts are separable. The evidence model and its conformance suite are built and can be run against by anyone. The trust kernel is built and has supported one external reliance path in a pilot.

The evidence plane is demonstrated at pilot scale, not at production scale. The reliance layer is designed but largely unbuilt.

Each implementation dossier carries a stated-limitations appendix. Those appendices are the fastest route to the real answer.
